Job Description


Our client is a startup company in Malaysia that doing Vegetables/Fruits Distributor that famous in Singapore.Location: Kempas, Johor.Responsible for warehouse operation that\'s including inbound & outbound activities, inventory management, warehouse claims, people management, managing customer, safety at workplace, compliance, cost management and continuous improvement including productivity, lost prevention, people development and customer satisfaction.DUTIESTo carry out 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) practices within PKT Group of Companies.Achieves warehouse KPI by managing Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and other processes related to warehouse operation. Accomplish warehouse operation human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling meetings, counseling and disciplining employees, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contribution and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.Manage operation staff, compile data and submit operation reports promptly, conduct a regular meeting with the operation team, review & submit KPIs monthly, and drive continuous improvement.Manage or minimize liability by controlling inventory loss, internal damages, and MHE maintenance. e Attend to customer/management meetings & queries and respond within allowable time.Review warehouse space, MHE, and human resources requirements regularly according to operation volume & needs.Maintain warehouse staff job performance by coaching, counseling, disciplining, and ensuring adequate training is provided accordingly.To meet SLA as agreed including inventory accuracy.To review operation costs on monthly basis and control overall operating costs including OT.Ensure all operations activities are invoiced correctly, accurately, and on timely to customer.e Ensure & enforce Safety and Security compliance at the workplace at its best, report incident & accident and provide CA&PA.Monitor MHE repairs and preventive maintenance for safe MHE operation and work environment.Perform any other assignments as and when directed by superior/s and comply with the company\'s rules and regulations.COMPETENCEEducation Diploma / DegreeExperience Preferable 4 - 5years\' experience in warehouse and logistics managementSkills, Competencies Able to read, write and communicate in English and Malay.
