Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management, Office Management or related field.
At least 5 years of managerial experience in plantation management, administration/office management, or a similar field
Experience in plantation operations is an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel to various estates and work in rural environment
Discretion and confidentially when handling sensitive information
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily administrative and financial operations, as well as provide support of the plantation office.
Assist in preparing and monitoring the plantation\'s budget, including tracking expenses and revenues.
Maintain and update all legal and compliance documents related to the plantation\'s operations.
Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Coordinate, monitor and assist in planning and executing plantation projects, including infrastructure development, equipment procurement, and resource allocation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for management review.
Coordinate and support management visits and inspections.
Act as a liaison between plantation management and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
