POSITION TITLE: Office Receptionist
WORK TYPE: Temporary
SALARY: RM100 / Per Day (Subject to statutory deductions)
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 09:00AM - 06:00PM

- Mutiara Damansara, 47820. Petaling Jaya, Selangor
- Bangi Industrial Estate, 43650. Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor
- PFCC, Jalan Puteri 1/2. Bandar Puteri, 47100 . Puchong, Malaysia
- Sunway South Quay Bandar Sunway, 47500. Subang Jaya, Selangor
- Seksyen 15, 40200. Shah Alam, Selangor
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Greet clients and visitors with a cheerful and professional attitude
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office building
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
- Booking / preparing meeting and training rooms
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing / forwarding calls as necessary
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
- Collecting, sorting and distributing office mails / parcels
- Provide excellent client\'s office service and scheduling client\'s appointments
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in any related field
- Consistent, well groomed and professional appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
