Job Category: Banking Operations : * Verification of data input (systems and vouchers) for processing.
Ensure processes of any transactions discharge at hub are in compliance with the current operating procedures, policies and guidelines as set by the Bank.
Attend to and provide assistance to enquiries by customers (internal & external).
Ensure delivery of service to the customers (internal & external) are consistent with the bank's standard.
Ensure service level agreement between the hub and the branch is being adhered to.
Assist OIC in preparing periodical reports, statistics and other data as required in a timely manner.
Establish good relationship with the cluster branches and the customers therein.
Supervise and coach clericals and non-clerical staff in discharging their day-to-day activities.
Attend to any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
