One&Only Desaru Coast is seeking a passionate and dedicated Officer, Finance (GC&AP) to join our team based in Desaru, Johor.

The roles of Officer, Finance (AG&GC) at One&Only Desaru Coast required you to be flexible in prioritizing job functions. The role of Accounts Payable is to collate the invoices, review and pay in a timely manner. Whilst the role of the general cashier is to collate the takings and record, audit and bank the monies.

About the job:

• Check Invoices for evidence of receipt of goods by User Department and receiving Department.
• Ensure expenditure and claims are in accordance with Resort Policies
• Allocate accounts code according to Resort Policies
• Prepare payments and reconcile with invoices
• Explain supplier Aged Reports for outstanding invoices.
• Memorandum Records maintained for preparation of Month End Journal Vouchers.
• Collections are accurately and promptly reconciled, reported and banked-in.

About You:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Working experience in hospitality industry would be considered highly desirable
• Speak fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive attitude and good in team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Holder of Malaysian Citizenship
