:To manage creation and maintenance of merchant accounts are done accurately and efficiently.To ensure all informations correctly updated into all required systems.To support inquiriesTo adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOP) and best-practiseTo ensure that task carried out are compliance with the Regulatory/BNM in the course of pursuing business objectivesTo enhance service delivery quality through preservation of data accuracy & integrity and sanctity of data confidentialityTo inculcate a performance-driven work cultureTo assist other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
