Strategic Planning
1. Working as a team for effective and seamless service deliveries with desired organizational culture.
2. Managing work for quality output to continuously enhance turnaround and customer\'s experience;
3. Prioritize transactions to be processed according to critical transactions cut off time
4. Pro-active in evaluating current process and providing feedback for improved operations efficiency
5. Ensure customers Trade Financing needs are handled professionally, expeditiously, correctly and timely for same day delivery.
Business Performances and Management
1. Ensure transactions processed are in compliance with regulatory guidelines, Company\'s or Bank\'s policies, guidelines, procedures and ICC rules;
2. Process transactions in accordance with business requirements, service level agreement and KPI;
3. Perform accurate checking and releasing of data entry to mitigate potential financial losses or service issues;
4. Ensure all transactions successfully released/ transmitted and GL in order.
5. Post processing activities such as ITIS, SHARP, 1AML/Detica, etc timely attended.
6. Perform filing and housekeeping accordingly.
7. Print mobius report in relation to respective unit portfolios eg loan maturity report, etc and all the related tasks are duly attended.
8. Participate and support any cost saving initiatives and/or development plans initiated by the department.
9. Any other responsibilities and/or tasks as assigned from time to time.
10. Pre checking of 1AML done during Compliance of all cross border transactions.
11. Managed, defuse and resolve conflicts/complaints with clarity, confidentiality and professionalism.
