Your contribution to something big!

  • Sales order processing and maintenance including credit note and credit returns without errors.
  • Monitor and regular follow up on outstanding open orders.
  • Down payment and shipping invoices creation (Excel/SAP)
  • Liaise with Logistics/Warehouse/Purchasing to ensure on time delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate with Logistics/Warehouse for delivery of customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders.
  • Provide pro-active information to customers and sales regarding delivery status of customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders, especially orders which are delayed from plant.
  • Update and upload invoice to selected customers\xe2\x80\x99 web portal ie: TNB.
  • Upload returned signed delivery notes from customer into SAP.
  • Filling for signed delivery notes.
  • Packing Lists preparation for project pending for deliveries
  • Update Sales Order Management (SOM) tracking sheet with information of order confirmation from supplier
  • Support for strategy and business plan (powerpoint preparation)


Qualifications
What Bosch Rexroth is looking for!
  • Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration/ Management/ Operation / Supply Chain
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
  • Good English communication skills
  • Detail oriented, proactive & resourceful
  • Proficient in Microsoft Application (excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
  • Proficiency in digital platforms (MS Teams, share drive etc.) and SAP
  • Strong Time Management Skills and customer obsessed mindset
Note: This is a contract position
