Order Management Executive

Job Description
This exciting opportunity as an Order Management Executive is for a leading global firm in the Semiconductor industry to be based at Georgetown, Penang.
s:
- Provide sales order management and support order entry, rescheduling and shipment arrangement
- Maintain and update customer backlog or open order
- Liaise and coordinate with customers and warehouse for delivery arrangements and requirements
- Provide shipping information and documents to customers
- Consignment planning and monitor inventory level
- Document filling for all necessary permits and shipping documents
- Possess minimum diploma or bachelor degree in a relevant field such as business administration
- 1 - 2 years similar experience as Sales Coordinator / Customer Service in a similar industry
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge in Oracle will be an added advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous with positive working attitude
- Independent and must have initiative and responsibility as well as good team player
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attentiveness and patience
