Officer, Store Planner (contract)
Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Creation of store Basic Frame Layout & Proposal Layout showing accurate survey measurements, space allocations, fittings arrangements and equipment placement as per SEM standard guidelines and blueprint.
2. Assist site supervisor during Site Marking to ensure proposed store layout can be implemented at the acquired site(s). To make good decisions in a fast-paced environment if any changes happen at site vs layout/design.
3. Produce working drawings and specifications such as Construction Drawings & Detail Drawings for construction purposes.
4. Prepare and compile supporting documents for store design approval i.e. Superimposed Imagery, 3D Models & Renderings when necessary.
5. Investigate new design standards and specifications in relation to operational and budgetary needs.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve design & technical discrepancies on/off site.
7. Assemble and establish ideas for current and future design development.
8. Minimum supervision related in drawing and etc.
REQUIREMENT
1. Proficient in AutoCAD (2-5 years\' experience)
2. Ability to solve problems and make good decisions in a fast-paced environment
3. Knowledge of Sketch Up and Photoshop an added advantage.
4. Proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
