Job description: Position Title Officer, Ticketing Operations (Based in Labuan Airport) Reports To Executive, Ticketing Operations Position Summary To perform Reservations & Ticketing functionalities, provide appropriate solutions/products to all walk-in customers with highest degree of courtesy in a manner to ensure sales targets and procedures are adhered all time. Key Accountability Process booking, Ticketing & up-sell relevant products whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. To attend internal and external customer pertaining to ticketing issuance, refund matters and guide customer on the online booking facilities. To ensure customer issues is resolved by securing the relevant information and finding a suitable resolution. To attend to customers promptly and according to standard operating procedure (SOP). Responsible of handling Business Class, Economy Class, Enrich Platinum, Enrich Gold, Enrich Silver and Enrich Blue walk in passengers as per set standard setEnsure all daily sales collections and credit card sales submitted and to assist superior and provide support with respect to delegated tasks/ assignments. To deliver Genuine Malaysian Hospitality. To be courteous, helpful and attentive in attending customer all the time. To carry out any other task as assigned by Immediate Superior. Qualifications & Working Experience Degree in Communication, Management or any related field and/or Professional Certificate in any related field and/or Diploma in Communication, Management, Administration or Any related field High school certificate (SPM/STPM) 1 to 2 working years experience Areas of Experience Good communication skills, both oral and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia Must be able to work with minimal supervision, committed and have a strong sense of responsibility Courteous and pleasant personality, positive attitude, team player with good in Excellent manners with required tact and diplomacy to handle customers professionally Personality Traits Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
