Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or relevant discipline) with at least eight (8) years of experience in project management for building maintenance and civil works within Oil & Gas or Petrochemical facilities.
Proven experience in project planning, scheduling (Level 3), and cost control, including preparation of project execution plans, work packs, and interfacing with multiple stakeholders (contractor, end-user, HSE, etc).
