Mission Lead the Process engineering activities relevant to Upstream Process Technologies Main Process in accordance with Project requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards Contribute to the capitalization of the Project experience in order to improve and harmonize work methodologies and ensure continuous technical improvement Support Corporate Agreement with Licensors as regards all Technical/Technological aspects, including updating and training sections Tasks Take part to the commercial activities (promotion, pre-qualification and bidding) by assuring uniform approach and guidance crosswise the initiatives Use technological/technical know how and in-house experience to support the commercial promotion activity Analyze the Tender Documents Ensure the drawing up of the contractual guarantees and liabilities Ensure the assessment of the most effective technology available Manage the innovation project s supporting the Chief Technology Officer, when required Take part in the definition of the detail project execution strategy Ensure the technological support to the project risk assessment Co-ordinate the process activities of the team members throughout the project Support Project effort with identification of changes to the Contract scope Grant interface with the Client technical representative Participate to the multidisciplinary project review sections Manage the different interfaces Inform on a permanent basis the Technical Manager and if required the Project Manager of any foreseen technical or financial or delay risk Participate to performance tests and elaborates acceptance test report Feed Saipem continuous improvement system Where applicable: - Support the definition of the licensing contract basis - Negotiate the terms for deliverable list and delivery schedule of the Process Design Package - Support the definition by the Company Management of the License conditions - Participate to the preparation of the License and Engineering Agreements - Define the performances guarantees to be endorsed by the Technology Managernology Dept.
