Role and Responsibilities?

1. Day to day online monitoring, data recording, identifying and reporting faults, deficiencies and other unusual occurrences that interrupts power generation or general project functionality. Keep records included but not limited with call outs, spare parts and in general all day-to-day activities;

2. Prepare, tabulate and carry out preliminary assessment for PV Plant data monitoring, namely Performance Ratio, Acceptance Review and Specific Yield Ratio;

3. Prepare and submit O&M external reports (plants' performance, generation etc.) to client;

4. Plan, execute, monitor and update O&M planner for maintenance works including inspection, testing, minor repair and troubleshooting of Solar PV System to optimize O&M works and plant performance according to Plant Contract;

5. Lead, follow up and guide technicians from time to time in various solar maintenance and troubleshooting activities;

6. Perform on-site check for Technicians' work standard and quality once works has been completed;

7. Recommend/perform corrective action plans upon identified/informed by Technician on site problems/issues;

8. Prepare/review reports from field operation, status and constructive feedback as requested;

9. Responds to emergency call outs;

10. Prepare/review related documentation regarding equipment Warranty Claims procedure and administration;

11. Prepare and update O&M proposal/quotation/tender and budget;

12. Prepare O&M documents including manuals and training outline for any handed-over/completed project;

13. Prepare presentation slides, MOM and O&M document (O&M Scope of services, response time, schedule of prices, work order checklist etc.)

14. Provide a high level of professionalism and technical advises and recommendations to clients and colleagues;

15. Relieve colleague whenever he/she is on leave.

16. Monitor the validity of the testing equipment calibration certificate and assigning the testing equipment upon request from the Project team and O&M team.

17. Any other ad-hoc task/s to be assigned by direct superior/HOD;

Additional Notes? (IF ANY)

18. Must possess at least Degree in Electrical Engineering.

19. Understanding of Solar PV System, utility interconnections, metering requirements and data systems.

20. Fluent in English and Bahasa to coordinate events, of working experience in the related field.

21. Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Excellent in Microsoft Office, team working, documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
