Job Description
An O&M Manager\xe2\x80\x99s job is to lead and manage a team to ensure smooth operations of a solar power system. The O&M Manager takes the responsibility of ensuring daily system requirements meet the needs of the business and develop ongoing improvements.
NEFIN Group is a bespoke solar developer and asset management company with a focus on photovoltaic (PV). Founded by core management team from DuPont Solar Business, NEFIN is composed of multi-disciplinary solar experts with extensive experience in bringing solar projects to successful operations. Our innovative approach to solar gives business leaders an industry leading consultation with full services and solutions from financing a system to designing and managing the asset that is customized to meet the specific needs of a business. We also conduct due diligence for mergers, acquisitions for strategic partners, as well as sourcing strategic projects for investors. Our dynamic project models include Feed-in-Tariff (FiT), Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Corporate PPA, and Energy Storage. Today, NEFIN has collectively delivered over 150 MW of utility-scale solar projects, rooftop distributed systems and BIPV systems across the region.
