1. Lead, conduct awareness of HSE-MS, coordinate through safety culture and annual HSE plan. 2. Facilitate and enforce Process Safety (PSM) best practises ensuring safe operation and deliverable. 3. Coordinate and enforce agreed direction to be implemented in HSE and safe operation related matters. 4. Innovate, plan and implement all operation matters on agreed best practises. 5. Adopt and adapt providing a service quality in alignment of management strategy from client Field Manager and Head in meeting business deliverable. 6. Manage communication between client Field Manager and Head in alignment as team on common objectives and operation requirement. 7. Coordinate and facilitate on identified customer (Client) gap closure. 8. Translate and evaluate support granted strategize as per contract. 9. Understand and subject matter in Operation in relation with client Sub-Surface or project in relation to technical and cost. 10. Communicate to Head status of revenue, cost management, contractors / client invoices in tracking of payable and reimbursable avoiding value leakage. 11. Facilitate team to strive for the best in term of practises and cost optimization with HSE mindset and operation excellence. 12. Establish communicate alignment on agreed common objectives and deliverable as ONE team with all functions. 13. Facilitate gap review with offshore management and highlight any competency issue to superior for HR action. 14. Support and propose skilled workforce in alignment with HRM meeting client and main spec requirement. 15. Conduct third party contractors audit review in meeting service expectation. 16. Collaborate and strategize with his supervisor (Head) & Support functions on project challenges and seek support as and when require. 17. Conduct and communicate sharing mentoring, counselling, engagement and continue motivation to staff at all level including from offshore. 18. Leadership development and self-improvement for career succession plan. 19. Define own and team contribution in KPIs setting for each target calendar year as per client project forecast development. 20. Supporting Superior, client and other functions on all project business development in term of technical and project O&M sharing.
