- Responsible for preparing the dishes in the menu mainly in Teppanyaki, Sashimi & Sushi - Ensures the correct meat cuts and food portions are being served in accordance to the restaurant standards set - Ensures kitchen stock are kept fresh and FEFO (first expired first out) method is practiced - Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of the teppanyaki grill, preparation area, kitchen equipment and food storage areas - Understand and support restaurant service operations -Previous working experience in a Japanese Environment will be an added advantage.
