- At least STPM / Diploma qualification in any discipline.
- Friendly to colleagues and clients, flexible-minded, skilled in handling customer issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Responsible for customer training at franchised stores and maintaining store standardization.
- Conduct audits at Malaysian stores, summarize issues occurring in the region, and present data.
- Create teaching materials, handle problems based on issues arising and risks at stores, and provide training for franchise customers.
- Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.
