Job Description
- Good in written and verbal communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Have experience in sales & customer service
- Computer literacy
- Have knowledge in graphic design (adobe illustrator & photoshop) will be added advantages
- passionate, responsible and multi-tasking
- Self-motivated, willing to learn & work independently
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Attend customer inquiry via Web chat, WhatsApp and emails
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
- Learn & understand about products and describe clearly to customers
- Prepare basic product design visual for customer approval
- Maintenance good relationship with new & existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales target
