Salary: RM2500 + Commission (Total earnings average RM4-8k, unlimited potential for high performers)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Language requirement: Proficient in Mandarin (Typing)
• Computer experience or familiarity with computer operations, such as Excel
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
• 1-3 month probation, enjoy participating in commission scheme in following month

Requirements:

• Quick thinker with strong learning ability, enthusiasm, and a sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, proactive, positive attitude, and good teamwork spirit
• Full-time and permanent position
• Working hours: Morning shift 9am-6pm; Evening shift 3pm-12am

Tanggungjawab

• Primarily computer-based work with minimal need for verbal communication.
• Communicate with customers through computer software, address various inquiries, and facilitate order processing.
• Record daily orders and data information.
• Responsible for tracking the logistics status of goods and maintaining timely communication with customers.
• Perform pre-sales and after-sales tasks, assisting in operational tasks as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
• Adhere to company service standards.
• Handle all online inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to customers in a timely manner.
