Job Description

Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated online sales admin who will be responsible for providing online customer service support to our customers. The online sales admin role will include working thru online replying customer enquiry, application form, claim sales, and autocount work.

In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Online Sales Admin Responsibilities:



Handling our online customer enquiries and helping them to submit application. Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, sales claim, profit counting and sales follow up. Maintaining good reputation as online sales admin. Performing other relevant duties when needed and handle online social media.

Online Sales Admin Requirements:



1 or more years' in Sales or Online experience. Minimum SPM qualifications. Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Canva, Editting Software). Comfortable handling confidential information. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. A team player with good attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
