Handle customer orders through online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and social media.
Check, verify, and ensure each order is processed accurately and on time.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and coordinate delivery arrangements.
2. Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, chat, or email.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products and resolving any order-related issues.
Maintain professional and friendly communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor product inventory and coordinate with the store or suppliers for restocking.
Update stock levels and product pricing across all online platforms.
4. Marketing & Promotion Support
Assist in planning and executing online promotions, discounts, and sales campaigns.
Help create and upload product content (photos, videos, and descriptions).
Track sales performance and prepare daily or weekly sales reports.
5. Administrative Tasks
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Organize and manage data related to customers and transactions.
Support other administrative duties related to online sales operations.
