• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage as you are required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Have experience in Digital Marketing or Online Sales and Marketing will be add on priority.
• Have banking sales/ personal loan sales background will be add on advantage.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated individuals with a positive mindset and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to new leads/customer inquiries with enthusiasm.
• Exhibit strong communication and interaction skills.
• Serve as a knowledgeable product specialist and deliver professional services to customers.
• Creative sales activities to develop a new customers database.
• Cultivate trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase and maintain contact logs.
