Responsibilities:
All staff need to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer. Ability to commute/relocate:
- Handling customers questions, inquiries and complaints thru social media platform.
- Follow up existing customers and potential customers.
- Assist in online sales progress during live session.
- Assist in product packaging and product delivery.
- Assist in the boutique when needed.
- Achieved sales targets.
- Prepare daily call report, weekly work plan and monthly sales report.
- Key in detail customers into the system.
- Education: Diploma or higher in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a relevant field.
- Strong language and communication skills.
- Independent and good time management skills.
- Expert in handling social media platforms.
- Able to host and conduct live streaming on social media.
