Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales target assign by company.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products.
• Provide timely support to customers via email, live chat, and phone.
• Maintain and update customer details within online platforms.
• Inform customers of deals and promotions.
• Report customer feedback to internal teams for improving customer experience.
