Fresh graduate welcome to apply. Candidate that have minimum Diploma and 2 years of working experience in digital marketing/ online advertising organization will be preferable.
Familiarity with social media (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube)
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
You should always have a positive attitude and be willing to help.
You must have excellent customer service skills.
Fluent in Mandarin is mandatory.
Must have exceptional grammar (English and Mandarin) and typing accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

Sales associate need to understand about all the products as well as the products\' inventory.
Respond to all customer emails, messages and calls in a professional and timely manner, and ensure all customer requests are properly documented and acted upon.
Assist customers in locating products by going through the inventory and sales system.
Enter sales data and customer data into the company database.
Keep records of special orders (corporate/partner sales).
Assisting in company activities I.e. PR gifting, roadshow, event etc
Assisting on goods receiving, replenishment and stock take.
Handle all other administrative and operational duties as and when required.
