Working experience in sales/call center/retail/insurance are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
Maintaining relationship with existing customer base, serve existing customer with our agreed SOP with the objective of achieving highest level of customer satisfaction
Perform on and off telephone tasks including resolve complaint and send/receiving messages or call from customers, voice message customer
Capture customer feedback and escalate to the person in charge
Providing after sales service to customer after purchasing our product
Be friends with customer
