Lead, coach, and motivate the online sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
Organize training sessions to improve sales and communication skills.
Develop and execute digital sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage online campaigns across social media, email marketing, and paid advertisements (Google, Meta, etc.).
Identify new online market opportunities to increase customer acquisition.
Monitor team performance using CRM systems and analytics tools.
Analyse sales data and conversion rates to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Prepare periodic performance reports and improvement plans.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to enhance the customer journey.
Stay updated with current online marketing trends and technologies.
Recommend innovative tools or approaches to improve sales productivity.
+ Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or E-Commerce (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in online sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
Experience in leading a team and driving sales performance is preferred.
Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Ads and CRM systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
+ Remuneration
Basic salary starting RM4,000 and above depending on experience.
Commission and performance-based incentives.
