Job Description

Provide fast response to customer's inquiries
Provide information about the product's features and present their benefits
Act as point of contact between logistics, production, and marketing team
Manage customer orders from placing the order until the shipping arrangement
Provide excellent service to potential and existing customers
Contribute positively to achieving sales targets
Work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
