Job description

Responsible for providing professional first-line remote and onsite technical support and field engineering service to clients.
Ensure the smooth and continuous operation of computer IT hardware and software systems.
provide on-site technical support to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
Maintain and repair all hardware and software systems
maintains and control computer networks and computing environments.
Conduct regular checks and inspections of the system
Report any critical issues to the Support Engineer.
onsite support 24/7 and work in shift

Requirement

Diploma/ Bachelor Degree/ Professional Certificate preferably in IT/ Networking/ Information Systems/ Computer Science
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience on network and security solutions e.g Switches, Router, Access Point, Firewalls, Server, etc

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: From RM2,200.00 per month Expected Start Date: 06/07/2023
