Job Summary
An opportunity exists for a (Vendor Managed Resource) Senior Analyst Desktop and Technical Support to join the dedicated and high-performing Technology team. Reporting to the Onsite Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support, training, and guidance to colleagues who are based in our client\'s Japanese offices. This position works closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders and other IT staff both locally and globally. The position will be based in the client\'s Kuala Lumpur office.
