Handle data entry, filing, and documentation.
Maintain and update records, reports, and correspondence.
Assist in scheduling, coordination, and follow-up tasks.
Support purchasing, logistics, and production documentation when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Rotate across different functions within the operation department (e.g., Admin, Purchasing, Production Support, Logistics) to gain multi-skill exposure.
Ensure continuity of operations and minimal disruption in daily tasks.
Assist in handling suppliers, service providers, and other external parties where required.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of admin experience are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Willing to learn and adaptable to rotation within the operations team.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
