REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Production Management, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years in manufacturing or production environment is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication skills, strong organizational, and time management skills. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to learn about production processes and operations. Proactive and resourceful with strong sense of responsibility. Flexible and adaptable to changes in production schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Administrative Support

Assist in preparing reports, and production schedules. Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems related to production activities.

2. Production Support

Coordinate daily production activities and follow up on work progress. Support in monitoring production KPIs (quality, output, efficiency). Assist with documentation for ISO, compliance, and audits.

3. Planning & Coordination

Help prepare production and operation plans based on forecasts and sales orders. Liase with procurement, warehouse, and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow.

4. Other Duties

Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Executive. Provide backup support in operational tasks when required.
