Job Description

Tanggungjawab Utama

Urus dokumentasi syarikat (invois, resit, laporan jualan, kontrak). Pantau stok, buat pesanan supplier & pastikan operasi restoran lancar. Susun jadual staf, rekod kehadiran & urus dokumen HR. Urus komunikasi rasmi syarikat (call, WhatsApp, email). Bantu urus tempahan catering & bulk order. Simpan database pelanggan & supplier. Bantu persediaan pembukaan cawangan baru (dokumen, supplier, staf). Sediakan laporan ringkas untuk pengurusan & jadi penghubung antara bos, staf & vendor.
Kriteria Calon

Minimum SPM/Diploma (bidang berkaitan kelebihan). Mahir asas komputer (Word, Excel, Google Sheet). Ada pengalaman admin/HR/operations dalam F&B adalah bonus besar. Rajin, teliti & mampu bekerja tanpa pengawasan rapat. Mempunyai komunikasi yang baik & sikap profesional. Jujur, amanah & bertanggungjawab.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
