Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: -



Operations Support



Assist in daily operational tasks such as order processing, stock tracking, and data entry. Support coordination between departments. Help monitor and follow up on deliveries, purchase orders, and inventory updates. Assist in preparing reports, operation checklists, and performance summaries. Support in monitoring compliance with company SOPs and policies.

Administrative Support



Maintain proper filing and documentation of operational records. Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and related paperwork. Handle general clerical duties such as printing, scanning, and organizing files. Assist in coordinating meetings, scheduling, or event logistics when needed.

Ad-hoc Tasks



Support other teams in special projects or operational improvements. Perform any other duties assigned by Manager.

REQUIREMENTS: -



Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
