Job Description

s:
Manage record of office assets and co-ordinate of office servicing, stationeries and etc
Record and Renew office agreements, building and vehicle insurance and authorities/government certificate or license
Co-ordinate and precise monitoring of timely shipments and meets delivery deadlines.
Liaising with forwarder on collection and proper arrangement of documentations and payments.
Handle the custom clearance with checking and declaring the correct information.
Apply and obtain all permits required for every shipment in the government portal.
Co-ordinate with purchasing team on shipping invoice, and shipping method for every shipment.
Arrange collection and follow up on Sample shipment and Advance Replacement shipment.
Check and verify all invoices and custom documentation before proceed for payments.

Additional Requirement:
Process Purchase Order from Customer and issue PO to Supplier.
Liaise with supplier for overseas shipment & local delivery status to meets customers delivery deadlines.
Coordination with Sales Team and A/c Dept on any payment arrangement prior to delivery and stock shipment/ordering of stocks.
Coordinate/communicate with Import Operation team on any shipment (large) & new product.
To back up Receptionist personnel duty including processing of registration of RMA item (During lunch period and/or when Receptionist personnel is on Leave)
Familiar with Import and GST knowledge
Minimum Diploma & Degree in Management and equivalent.
