Supporting the entire department for all administration works related which includes procurement processes, preparation of Memos, Purchase Orders using IFCA System, Invoices processing, Contract Agreement Services and Renewal of Contract Services, etc.
Maintain an accurate and up to date filing system of all department documents and communications.
Assisting existing tenants, contractors, vendors, suppliers of their enquiries and request on behalf of O&M Department
Assisting in managing and monitoring documentation for internal/external compliance.
Checking certificates related to Authority from time to time as to ensure the necessary license renewal are complied.
Supporting the technicians, chargeman for reports compilation.
Any other jobs deem necessary by superior or HOD appointed by the Company.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM or related in Business Studies / Administration / Management or any relevant field.
Can work independent and following up the pending jobs.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Required Skills : Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
Competent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
Able to start immediately
