• Ability speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations and maintenance, capable of independently handling common system, network, or application issues.
• Good communication and clear expression skills, with the ability to write operation and maintenance documentation and issue reports.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, capable of managing crises during emergencies or unexpected incidents.
• Sense of responsibility to ensure stable system operation, sensitivity to faults, and ability to respond to and address issues promptly.

Tanggungjawab

• Familiar with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems such as Linux/Unix and Windows.
• Understand basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN, load balancing, and firewalls, with the ability to perform network troubleshooting or performance optimization.
• Proficient with common monitoring systems (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana) and capable of real-time monitoring and alert configuration.
• Familiar with the installation, configuration, backup, and recovery of common databases and web services (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, nginx).
• Skilled in AWS cloud services, including LB, EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, MSK, ElastiCache, ElasticSearch, and IAM.
• Familiar with the configuration and optimization of open-source software, such as web servers, caching systems, databases, message queues, and registration/configuration centers.
• Proficient in using and configuring Docker and Kubernetes (K8s), with an understanding of their networking and storage principles.
• Skilled in using and configuring log or monitoring tools such as ELK, Graylog, Prometheus, Zabbix, and Skywalking.
• Experience in disaster recovery design and implementation across multiple cloud platforms.
• Unique understanding of system hardening, intrusion detection, vulnerability scanning, and code security, with familiarity in configuring commercial or open-source security products.
• Rich experience in troubleshooting, service optimization, and AWS cloud, K8s, and storage-related issues.
