Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
Implement inventory control procedures and optimize warehouse efficiency.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and oversee timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and support training for operational staff.
Address customer queries related to operational processes.
Monitor regulatory compliance and assist in audits and inspections.
Optimize resource allocation for personnel, equipment, and materials.
Develop contingency plans for operational challenges.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
2-3 years of related experience preferred (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Own transport and willing to travel.
Willing to work overtime when needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to learn and adapt.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
