We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support daily operations, inventory management, order processing and quality checks (QC). The role also requires assisting walk-in boutique customers and supporting in-store sales when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily operations including stock management, packing, and order processing
Perform Quality Checks (QC)
Update inventory records and assist with stock counts
Support boutique operations and maintain store organization
Assist walk-in customers with basic product information and purchases
Support sales team during peak hours and promotions
Perform ad-hoc operational tasks as required
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and product quality
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Friendly, presentable, and comfortable interacting with customers.
