Perform hands-on operations outlets process and handle the administrative responsibilities to ensure restaurant/outlet service standards are upheld.
Prepare and analysis management reports; special on restaurant/outlets daily operation.
To ensure that all outlets adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
To perform reports; to manage; and maintaining of daily stock estimation, stock ordering.
Need to communicate with the higher management to prepare and plan a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
Engage with HR,Account,Technical department
Responsible report to GM / MD.
Inventory record, stock control and monitoring to ensure sufficient stocks supplies in restaurant/cafe for smooth operation.
Monitoring store outlets inventory, stock control and ensure sales and usage tally.
Monitoring and update to ensure the proper working condition of all outlet equipment and prepare equipment monitoring / defect list for repair and maintenance.
Engage new outlet opening arrangement
Ac-hoc task to perform from time to time.

Requirements :
At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Degree in any field.
2 -5 years related working experience (F&B)
Positive work attitude, resourceful and able to work independently.
Leadership, Proactive, innovative, outgoing, energetic, strong interpersonal, result-oriented and communication skills.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin speaking preferable.
Familiar with google sheet, excel, word, pptx
Follow working schedule / transferable / work during public holiday and weekend.
