Job Scope \xc2\xb7 Assist in general office & administration duties as required. \xc2\xb7 To dispatch and collect any urgent documents and mail to / from banks, lawyers, etc as may be required. \xc2\xb7 To collect postal mail from General Post Office Postal Box and distribute to the various personnel or departments concerned. \xc2\xb7 To send and collect inter department documents within the office to the appropriate departmental personnel. \xc2\xb7 Assist in delivery and collecting items ask by superior and other employees. \xc2\xb7 Perform other works assigned by superiors from time to time. \xc2\xb7 To deliver & collect any work assigned by superiors or management inside & outside Miri area by company lorry. \xc2\xb7 Any other works assigned by superior or Management. Qualification Required \xc2\xb7 Minimum SPM or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Valid B2, D&GDL driving license. \xc2\xb7 At least 1 year working experience in related field.
