Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma in Management is an advantage). ?
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or hospitality is preferred. ?
• Good communication and problem-solving skills. ?
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer requests in a professional manner.
• ?Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, spreadsheet software). ?
• A person who is punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented.

Location: Meru Raya Terminal (Amanjaya Terminal)
Working Hours:

• Morning Session -- 8:30AM - 5:30PM
• Afternoon Session -- 5:30PM - 2:30AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily driver schedules.
• Coordinate with customers for bookings and special requests.
• Monitor driver performance and customer satisfaction.
• Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping and reporting.
• Assist in emergency situations (e.g. vehicle breakdown).
