Job Description


  • Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking and critical thinking
  • Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 application
Responsibilities
  • To prepare and maintain daily operation logs and documentations
  • To prepare the stock and materials for sales order & event arrangement
  • To monitor & maintain accurate reports on the inventory level
  • To have good communication and collaboration with other department, checking the lead time, stock enquiries & stock arrangement
  • To sourcing the external vendor to purchase stock & accessories
  • To receive and inspect incoming shipment and reconciles with purchase orders
  • To manage expenses & budgets and prepare financial records to HODs
  • To analyze departmental operations and input suggestions of improvement to HODs
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
