Assist in managing basic services for courier stations in the assigned area, ensuring smooth daily operations, and addressing issues as they arise;
Assist in conducting training and execution of standardized operational processes to ensure stations meet basic operational requirements;
Assist in handling qualification audits, compliance checks, and safety management for courier stations in the assigned area;
Assist in improving the consumer service quality of courier stations within the area, ensuring continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
College degree or above, with relevant experience preferred;
Good communication and customer service skills, with strong execution ability for daily tasks;
Over 2 years of experience in store management
Strong stress tolerance and ability to occasionally travel for work.
Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide a diverse team of employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams, customers, and management.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
