Minimum Certificate, Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
Tactful, responsible, and capable of multitasking.
Possesses a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines in a workplace.
Perform data entry and update the database system.
Track installation status and prepare daily reports.
Update stock records and manage stock movement.
Maintain office supplies and oversee office inventory.
Handle housekeeping for returned items.
Maintain employee records in both physical and digital formats.
Receive and sign for deliveries of stock and office items.
Compile asset data and contribute to the infrastructure deployment checklist.
Follow up on documents for each site and upload them into the database system (Work Order).
Carry out courier tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal departments.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines in a workplace.
Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
