Looking for fresh young talents to work in a travel industry

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Attend to customer enquiries correspondences, quotations preparation and various follow-up
  • Handling customer complaint
  • Monitoring customer payment status
  • Sales reports submission to Management
  • Maintain good customer relationship and work closely with existing accounts
  • Participate in travel fairs all around Malaysia
  • Willing to undertake challenges and handle multiple ad-hoc functions as and when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
  • Min SPM. Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent is an added advantage
  • Min 1-2 years of experience in Travel Industry
  • Well verse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Working hours 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri), Alternate Saturday (9am - 1pm)
