Looking for fresh young talents to work in a travel industry
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attend to customer enquiries correspondences, quotations preparation and various follow-up
- Handling customer complaint
- Monitoring customer payment status
- Sales reports submission to Management
- Maintain good customer relationship and work closely with existing accounts
- Participate in travel fairs all around Malaysia
- Willing to undertake challenges and handle multiple ad-hoc functions as and when necessary
- Min SPM. Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent is an added advantage
- Min 1-2 years of experience in Travel Industry
- Well verse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skills
- Working hours 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri), Alternate Saturday (9am - 1pm)
