Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and managing projects related to unmanned surface vessel manufacturing, R&D, and sand mining license survey services.
- Oversee logistics and supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage sales and rental of marine hydrographic survey equipment, including maintaining inventory levels and coordinating with customers.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Monitor project progress and report to management on the status of ongoing projects.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage grants, including researching and applying for funding opportunities, preparing grant proposals, and monitoring compliance with grant requirements.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Reporting to Operation Manager and Technical Director.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/ Professional Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Minimum one (1) year\'s work experiences.
- Able to lead & manage and support in all operation aspect.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Self-driven, result-orientated and keen for new challenges and experiences, responsibility and accountability
- Good command of spoken and written English & Malay
