Job Requirements o Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related field.] o Prefer male o Must possess own transport. o Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Local language (Iban) and Chinese as added advantage. o Experience in cleaning services field will add advantage. o Required Skill(s): strong leadership, communication skills, planning & organizing, decision making, people management, Microsoft office & Excel. o Motivated and able to work independently. o Pleasant, out-going and responsible personalities are upmost o Able to work under pressure in a demanding and multitasking environment o Able to work on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays. (Rest day on weekday) o Fresh graduate encourages to apply. s o Report to Operation Manager o Assist and manage daily project operation and administration matters. o Maintain a quality of cleanliness in all project places. o Assist in site visit. o Deals with the customer demand and also complain. o Provide friendly and professional service to customers/clients. o Arranging & monitoring operation staff and also preparing working schedule and ensure equipment is enough. o Follow up with supervisor of any site and check all WhatsApp group. Any problem must be engaged/settled ASAP as this is necessary to prevent any problem/error to the whole day operation. o To report any near miss occurrences, accidents or faulty equipment/machineries to management o Report and escalate to management as needed. o Liaising with client to identify and define project requirements. o Create and brief detailed work scope to assigned staff. o Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. o Ensure staff availability and allocation to specific project site. o Ensuring project meets deadline and based on schedule o Order PPE based on site demands. o Assist to monitor company vehicle. o Carry out other related tasks as required.
