Job Scope \xe2\x80\xa2 Report daily activity to superior. \xe2\x80\xa2 Key in Work Permit tracker daily and submit every Friday. \xe2\x80\xa2 Email communication and liaising with client. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all documents escalated to superior and client for speedy resolution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administrative Job (Handling Record for Billing, Work Permit application, filing and etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Logistic support \xe2\x80\x93 To send and pick-up crew as require by Operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Day to day operations of planning logistic. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaison with various authorities \xe2\x80\x93 Immigration Dept, Marine Dept. Agent and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist operation cum admin to prepare work permit application, special pass, and any other application required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duty as assigned by HOD or Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 To handle and manage all operation matters \xe2\x80\xa2 To submit daily report on daily basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist operation cum admin to monitor sign on / sign off at marine system. Qualification Required \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum SPM / STPM \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1\xe2\x80\x932-year(s) experience in operation or in similar position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work under minimal supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate.
